The Electronic Resources Committee should create a form to document evaluation of trialed products.
The data should be kept in a database and in the ERM record for that product.
The form should included the following data (to be added to or corrected as needed)
- Product name
- Vendor
- Who requested the trial
- Target audience / intended users
- Review of content
- Review of interface
- Summary of user during trial
- Pricing Model
- Collection analysis (do we have other products to meet that need)
- Overall score of desirability
- Other notes
