Collection Management Procedures: Trials - Review Form

The Electronic Resources Committee should create a form to document evaluation of trialed products.

The data should be kept in a database and in the ERM record for that product.

The form should included the following data (to be added to or corrected as needed)

1. Product name
2. Vendor
3. Who requested the trial
4. Target audience / intended users
5. Review of content
6. Review of interface
7. Summary of user during trial
8. Pricing Model
9. Collection analysis (do we have other products to meet that need)
10. Overall score of desirability
11. Other notes
