1924

Lambuth College opens – the library is housed on the first floor of the Administration Building, the first building on the new campus.

1925

Appointment of a library committee.

1926

Mention of the first Lambuth College librarian, Mamie Lucile Womack, also Assistant Professor of Social Science and instructor in physical education for women.

1929-1930

Ms. Womack earns her MA in Library Science at the George Peabody College for Teachers in Nashville, TN.
