OptimalSort is a tool that allows researchers to find out how people think content should be organized. It includes OptimalSort for card sorting, Treejack for tree testing and Chalkmark for click testing. It test information architecture, workflows, menu structures and/or website navigational paths. It is used for needs assessment at the initial or early stages of website development.
