All the Canvas Library Modules are built for instructors to add to their courses.
These modules cover a range of information literacy, library use, citation, and other topics.
They are designed to supplement or stand in for library instruction sessions, depending on your needs.
You can import them directly into your Canvas section from Canvas Commons.
All modules come with a final quiz. You can remove the quiz or adjust the default point values to fit your class.

Tigers Write & Tigers Speak Modules

These tutorials cover basic concepts in academic writing, oral communication, library research, and citation. They are designed to be widely applicable in many programs and courses. They are created jointly by the Center for Writing & Communication and the University Libraries.

COMM 2381 Library Week
This module is designed to help COMM 2381 students find Libraries' resources and assist with APA citation
EDPR 2111 Introduction to University Libraries
This module is designed to help EDPR students find sources in the University Libraries' databases and get assistance with APA citation.
ENGL 1020 Search Strategies
This module was created to provide supplemental library instruction to all University of Memphis ENGL 1020: English Composition 2 courses. It includes videos and instructions on developing a research topic and navigating the Libraries' databases to find relevant articles for a research topic.
SOCI 3860 Library Help
This module is designed for SOCI 3860 students to get help with finding scholarly articles at the library and access citation resources.
