Environmental Humanities

Located in Mitchell Hall 147, the HERC is dedicated to providing educational support, including academic advising, writing and study tutoring, internship opportunities, information sessions, and career and postgraduate counseling to all UofM students interested and/or taking courses in the field of history.

Located in Clement Hall 316, The Philosophy Circle provides tutoring in all areas of philosophy, including logic, help with paper writing, and assistance comprehending class readings.

The Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies Minor Program (18 hours) is intended to provide all students with the opportunity to obtain broad-based knowledge of the environmental issues facing our planet, from the biological-physical to the social-humanistic. The Environmental Studies program fosters interdisciplinary study among the sciences, social sciences, humanities, health, engineering, design, and policy.
