Most resources go through a proxy server. When you see a login screen, simply enter the same username and password you use to login to MyMemphis. If you find that these sessions time out or simply are not working, please contact library support (http://www.memphis.edu/libraries/help/erm_report.php) so that they can troubleshoot. Some users find that logging in to virtual private network (VPN: vpn.memphis.edu) helps improve remote access to library electronic resources.
